Nature Meditation

I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.

Join Muir, The Wilderness World of John Muir

Let nature meditation open your senses and awareness to others.

The Meditation Experience

During meditation practice, we'll explore a range of techniques such as concentration, compassion, insight, and open awareness practices.  We'll bring attention to our focus and thoughts to develop awareness.

The Impact of Meditation

These practices can act as a gateway into our conditioning and the ways we hold stress.  Meditation can assist in developing focus, awareness, skills for managing stress, and a new perspective.

Stay tuned for upcoming one-day retreats!
